What is a hire-train-place model?

As the name states, potential candidates are hired and trained in a skillset that is required by the hiring client. Upon successful training completion, they are placed as permanent employees in the organization, with all the on boarding formalities in place.   

The main aim here is to train the candidates to a level where they’ll be job ready and wouldn’t require any on-the-job training, as well as help a candidate get hired by an organization permanently.

    Our Approach

    Hire

    Upon identifying and sourcing the candidates, we select potential talent and induct them into an intensive training program. The program is conducted by subject matter experts, who have a deep knowledge and experience in the job role.

    Train

    The selected candidates are trained for 4-6 weeks, or more, depending on the complexity of the skill, as well as their learning ability. This is the most crucial part of the hire-train place model since the candidate’s potential to fill in the skill gap is assessed here.

    Place

    Once the training is complete, the candidate is set up for interviews with the hiring client. After clearing the interview rounds, the final selected candidates go through the onboarding process, followed by which the candidate is placed in the organization as a permanent employee.

    Support

    We provide ongoing support throughout the entire process and post-placement of the candidate, to ensure that our hire train place model has been executed successfully, and to make sure that both parties are comfortable with their decision regarding the job.
